Ordering
Find and Drop (F&D) is a multi-product e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products in Tech gadgets, home care, beauty, pet care, and health care categories. Our products are sourced directly from Walmart’s extensive inventory, ensuring quality and variety, and are delivered to your doorstep or preferred pickup point.
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button on our homepage. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and address, and set a secure password. Once registered, you’ll gain access to exclusive deals and tracking for all your purchases shipped via Walmart.
We offer a comprehensive range of products including Tech Devices, home goods, beauty products, Supplements, and more. You can shop confidently, knowing our products are directly sourced from Walmart’s trusted supply chain.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number linked to Walmart’s shipping system. Use the “Track Order” feature on our website or the Walmart tracking tool to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.
F&D supports multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select locations, in collaboration with Walmart’s shipping logistics.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped. Log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” section to make changes. For Walmart-shipped orders, cancellation requests may take up to 48 hours to process due to logistics.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Walmart handles return logistics for all our shipments, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Currently, we ship only within the regions serviced by Walmart’s logistics network. Expansion to international shipping is in progress, and updates will be provided as they become available.
Yes. We partner with Walmart to ensure that your data is protected using industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. Your credit card details are not stored unless explicitly authorized by you.
